abajee Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

abajee (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between abajee and each registered user ("User").

By opening an account on the abajee platform, by logging in, or by using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

abajee reserves the right to verify the age of any user at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate may be required as proof of age. An account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

If an account belonging to a minor (under 21 years of age) is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified original payment method.

3. Account Registration and Security

A registered account is required to use all services on the abajee platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Account Information and Accuracy

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.
• If any information changes, it must be updated immediately through the support team.

Password and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out using your login credentials.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
• abajee will never ask for your password by phone or email — any such request is fraudulent.

Deposit Rules

Currency and Tax Matters

abajee's promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any offer.

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• For example: depositing ৳26,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
• A wagering requirement of 15 times must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• There may be a specific time limit to meet the wagering requirements.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• abajee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program

abajee's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. Moving up to a higher tier increases cashback and other benefits. abajee's decision is final in all matters relating to VIP benefits.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on abajee are conducted fairly and transparently. We are committed to ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes across all our games.

Fairness of Game Outcomes

A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in our slots, casino, and other games, making the outcome of every game completely random and unbiased. Any winnings obtained through modification of game software or from any technical error will be considered void.

Betting Rules

• Attempting to fraudulently obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
• Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software or hardware in any way.
• Causing disruption or engaging in harassing behavior toward other users.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Gaining unfair advantage through any form of chargeback or payment dispute.

abajee reserves the right to collect the necessary information to investigate any suspicious activity and to notify the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

abajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Age or identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

Closing Your Own Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, please inform our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Funds in Terminated Accounts

In the case of an account terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. Whether the original deposited funds are returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
